The following General Terms of Use (the "Agreement") are important and require careful reading. Your acceptance of these "General Terms" signifies your agreement to be bound by them. This Agreement is between you and the Mahjong Classic website (hereinafter: "Site", "we", "our") and concerns your use of our website, including all available materials and services, as well as any successor sites (the "Site").

BY USING THE SITE, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF USE AND CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE OVER 16 YEARS OLD. Any reference to "you" or "your" in this Agreement applies to the person using the Site.

It is important to note that this Agreement includes a mandatory arbitration provision, which is explained in Section 11 below. The date of the last update of this Agreement is indicated by the "Last updated" mention above.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site (including access via third-party links), and we may charge, modify, or cancel any fees necessary to use the Site, which will remain free for the foreseeable future. Additionally, we may offer opportunities to some or all users of the Site at any time without incurring any liability.

In case of any discrepancy between the provisions of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy regarding personal data, the provisions of the Privacy Policy will prevail.
